Will the popup reappear after the customer has subscribed?
Once a customer has subscribed, the popup should not show up again to them, even if they start a new session. However, if they clear their cookies or use an incognito session, the popup will reappear because we cannot recognize them as the same user. As long as we have identified that it is the same user who submitted their email, the popup should never reappear.
