What's the difference between Every Page Load and Every New Session

When configuring popups in Pop Convert, you have the option to choose between two After Closing settings: "Every Page Load" and "Every New Session."

These settings determine the behavior of your popups and when they will appear to your customers. Deciding between these two options depends on your specific goals and how you want to engage with your customers.

Every Page Load

When you select the "Every Page Load" option for your popup, it means that the popup will appear on every page load, regardless of whether the customer has closed the popup before. This setting ensures that the popup is shown consistently on each page refresh, even if the customer has previously closed the popup.

Every New Session

On the other hand, choosing the "Every New Session" option means that the popup will appear again only when a customer starts a new session. In this context, a new session refers to a situation where the customer closes the popup, leaves the website, and then returns by opening the store again in a new tab or window.

Please note that once a customer has engaged with the popup and provided their information, Pop Convert ensures that the popup will no longer be displayed to them. This helps create a seamless and non-intrusive experience for customers who have already taken action.
