How to create an Upsell/Cross-Sell Popup



Upsell Popup

From the sidebar menu, select “Popup.”
Click “Create Popup” in the top right corner of the page.
Name your popup, choose the “Upsell/Cross-Sell” goal, and click "Create."
In the popup editor, navigate to the "Content" section to set up the following options for your upsell or cross-sell popup:
Mode: Choose from Manual, Recently Viewed, Most Popular, Added to Cart, Shopify Recommendations, or Product from Collections.
Rows: Specify the number of rows and products per row to display in the popup.
Click "Open Products" to manually select the products you want to feature in the popup, then click "Add" once you’re done.
Decide which product details to display on the popup:
Image
Product Title
Price
Choose a call-to-action button for your popup. Options include:
No Button: If no action is needed.
Add to Cart: Redirects customers directly to their cart when clicked.
Redirect to Product: Sends customers to the product page when clicked.
Configure any additional settings like colors, fonts, and display triggers, and save your changes.
