Trigger Settings

When Should This Popup Show?

This setting lets you choose the exact action or behavior that will trigger your popup to appear. You can choose from the following options:

  1. Immediately

Shows the popup as soon as the page loads.

  1. After X seconds

Displays the popup after the visitor stays on the page for a set number of seconds.

  1. After X minutes

Triggers the popup after the visitor has been on the page for a specific number of minutes.

  1. Exit intent

Shows the popup when the visitor is about to leave the page.

  1. After user scrolls X%

Triggers the popup once the visitor scrolls a certain percentage of the page.

  1. On element hover

Shows the popup when a visitor hovers over a specific element on your site.

  1. On add to cart

Triggers the popup when a product is added to the cart.

  1. When product is out of stock

Displays the popup when a product becomes unavailable.

  1. On button or manual trigger

Triggers the popup when a specific button is clicked or when triggered manually using code.

Using multiple triggers

You can click Add another trigger” to select more than one trigger for a single popup.

✅ Your popup will appear if any one of the selected triggers is met

✅ This uses an OR condition, not AND

✅ Perfect for combining behaviors like:

  • Exit Intent OR After 30 Seconds
  • On Add to Cart OR Button Click
  • Scroll 50% OR Exit Intent

This helps you reach visitors at the right moment, no matter how they interact with your site.

How Often Should the Popup Show?

This setting lets you control how frequently your popup appears to the same visitor. You can choose from the following options:

  1. Once per visitor

The popup will only be shown once to each visitor. If they close it without submitting their information, it will not appear again on future visits (unless cookies are cleared or they use incognito mode).

  1. Once every X days

The popup will reappear after the number of days you set, as long as the visitor hasn’t submitted their contact information.

  1. Once every X minutes

The popup will show again after the number of minutes you define, if the visitor did not submit their information.

  1. Every new session

When you choose Every New Session, the popup will only reappear when a visitor starts a new session, if they have closed the popup without providing contact information.

A new session begins when:

  • The visitor closes their browser and comes back later, or
  • There is a long enough gap in activity that ends the previous session.
  1. Every page load

When Every Page Load is selected, the popup will reappear each time a page is refreshed or loaded, as long as the visitor has closed it without providing contact information.

This happens even if the visitor is still in the same session.

Important Note

If the visitor submits their contact information, the popup will not appear again.

However, if the visitor:

  • Clears their browser cookies, or
  • Uses incognito/private browsing

We won’t be able to recognize them as the same user, and the popup may appear again.
