Yes, Pop Convert subscribers are automatically synced with your Shopify account. You can check the Customers tab in your Shopify admin to see all the subscribers collected by Pop Convert. They will be added as customers in your Shopify store, making it easy for you to manage and communicate with them.
Pop Convert collects and adds all the information to your subscriber list. This means that you may see duplicate subscribers on your Pop Convert subscriber page because we store every individual subscriber that we collected.
However, those subscribers won’t be stored twice in your Shopify account. Shopify does not allow multiple customers with the same email address or phone number. Shopify checks the email address and phone number of the customer against its existing database of contacts. If it already exists in the system, Shopify will not create a duplicate account for that customer.
Yes, you can now export your subscribers directly from the app! Simply go to the Subscribers tab in your Pop Convert dashboard and click on the Export button located at the upper right-hand corner of the screen. You’ll receive an email from us with a link to download your subscriber file.
