Recommended image size dimensions

The size of the image you use for your popup depends on the goal you are trying to achieve. Below are the recommended image sizes for various popup goals:

Get subscribers: 960 x 1000 px
Traffic to URL: 1000 x 500 px
Coupon: 730 x 1000 px
Social shares: 1000 x 500 px
Announcement: 1080 x 1000 px

Smart Bar

The recommended image size for smart bar backgrounds is 1300 x 100 px.

Hero image - desktop

Left or Right: 1:2 ratio

If the width of your image is 200px, the height should be 400px.

Top: 3:2 ratio

If the width of your image is 600px, the height should be 400px

Hero image - mobile

If the width of your image is 400px, the height should be 200px.
