How is pricing determined?
Our pricing is based on monthly unique visitor tiers. Each store is charged according to the range their monthly traffic falls into — pricing is not scaled gradually. Once your store crosses into a new tier, it moves to the corresponding fixed price.
What are the current pricing tiers?

💡 Example: If your store has 49,500 unique monthly visitors, it falls under the 10k–50k tier, so the price would be $49/month, not $29.
Why does the price jump instead of scaling gradually?
To keep things simple and predictable, we use fixed pricing based on traffic ranges. This way, you know exactly what you’ll pay each month once your store enters a new traffic tier.
What if I’m close to the edge of a tier?
Even if you're just below the upper limit (e.g., 49,900 visitors), you'll still be billed according to that full tier. Once you cross into a higher range, the pricing updates accordingly.
Can I set a limit on how much I pay?
Yes! Pop Convert lets you set your own maximum monthly billing limit so you stay in control of your costs.
How to set it:
- Go to the Plans & Pricing page.
- Click “Set a Billing Limit” (above the session slider, upper left).
- Enter the maximum amount you want to pay per month. Minimum is $29.
Pop Convert will never charge more than your set limit.
How are sessions counted?
All sessions are registered — even if no popup is enabled.
Sessions are what we use to calculate billing, since the app continues to track visitor and store activity to support other features such as cart and email activity tracking, social proof notifications, cart sync, and the title bar toggle. This ensures accurate traffic tracking and fair usage across all stores.
