Help! I don’t see my popup on my store…

Having trouble with your popup or smart bar not showing up on your store? Here are some possible reasons and solutions to help you resolve the issue:

Popup or smart bar is not enabled

Solution:
Ensure that the popup or smart bar is enabled. You can do this by going to your popup or smart bar campaigns page. If you are using the popup editor, make sure to click "Publish."

Pop Convert is not enabled in your theme

Solution:
Navigate to "Online Store" > "Themes" in your Shopify dashboard.
Select the theme you're using and click on "Customize."
Look for "App embed" on the left-hand side of the editor and search for "Pop Convert." Enable it from there.

Popup is scheduled to appear on a certain date.

Solution:
Access your popup editor and navigate to Display > Display Schedule. Confirm that the specified start and end dates are accurately entered.

Popup is set to appear on a certain page.

Solution:
Within your popup editor, go to Display > Display Pages. Ensure you are testing your popup on the designated page where the popup or smart bar is intended to appear.

Popup is set to display on certain locations only.

Solution:
Head to your popup editor and select Display > Display Locations. Make sure you are testing your popup in the country specified for the popup or smart bar to appear.

Time Settings issue

Solution:
Double-check the timing settings to make sure they align with your preferences.

Testing Recommendation
Always perform tests on an incognito window to ensure accurate results. Incognito mode disables browser extensions and prevents the use of cached data and cookies. Testing in incognito ensures that you are viewing the most recent version of your website without interference from stored data.
