Email Settings
Before you start your marketing campaigns, be sure to verify your custom email address! This helps you send emails from your own domain, making your messages look more professional. With the Email Settings page, you can easily customize your email details and make a great impression every time you hit send!
Go to the Emails page > Settings.
Customize what your recipients see when an email arrives by adding the following details:
From Name: Choose a name that will appear in your recipients' inboxes to reinforce your brand identity.
From Email: Choose an email address that best represents your brand. This is what your recipients will see when they receive your emails. If you don't authenticate your domain, we'll send your emails using the @shop-convert.com domain.
Reply Email: Designate an address for receiving replies. This ensures responses are directed to the right place, making communication smoother.
Test Emails: Add up to 3 email addresses to send test emails to.
Authenticate your domain.
Add your domain name and click Save New Domain.
Click Authenticate Domain. The records you need to add to your domain registrar will appear.
If you have access to your domain registrar (like GoDaddy or Namecheap), authenticate your domain by adding a CNAME record to your DNS settings. This will enable you to send emails from your domain instead of shop-convert.com.
To do this:
- Log in to your domain registrar account and navigate to the section where you can add new DNS records. (Each hosting service has its configuration options, but the process is always the same.)
Here are some guides for popular domain registrars:
- Namecheap
- GoDaddy
Not sure who your domain registrar is? Find out here.
- Enter the DKIM information using the Hostname and value provided by Pop Convert.
- Save the changes and wait for DNS propagation.
Return to Pop Convert’s Email Settings page and click Refresh Domain Status to confirm that the DKIM records have been successfully added.
