Display Pages
Popups and smart bars are effective tools for engaging website visitors, but it is important to show them only on relevant pages. In this article, we will explain how to effectively configure them to appear only on specific pages for a more personalized and impactful user experience.
MATCH ANY: The popup is displayed if any of the specified rules match.
Example Scenario
URL: yourstorename.com/es/collections/tshirts
Rules:
URL contains "es"
URL contains "tshirts"
Selecting MATCH ANY will show the popup on the Spanish version of the site and on all pages that contain "tshirts."
MATCH ALL: The popup is displayed only when all of the specified rules match.
Example Scenario:
URL: yourstorename.com/es/collections/tshirts
Rules:
URL contains "es"
URL contains "tshirts"
Choosing MATCH ALL will show the popup only to Spanish users who are viewing pages that contain "tshirts" in the URL.
EQUALS: Add the page path where you WANT the popup to appear.
Example: add /collections/blue to display the popup on this page: https://yourstorename.com/collections/blue
DOES NOT EQUAL: Add the page path where you DO NOT WANT the popup to appear.
Example: add /collections/blue to exclude the popup from this page: https://yourstorename.com/collections/blue
CONTAINS: Add the page path or segment value to display the popup on URLs containing that value.
Example: add /collections to display the popup on all of your collections pages.
DOES NOT CONTAIN: Add the page path or segment value to exclude the popup from URLs containing that value.
Example: add /collections to exclude the popup from all of your collections pages.
IS HOMEPAGE: Select this to make the popup appear on your homepage only.
IS NOT HOMEPAGE: Select this to make the popup appear on any page except for your homepage.
