Coupons
Pop Convert’s Coupons feature allows you to easily create, manage, and sync discount codes between Pop Convert and Shopify. Any coupon you create in Pop Convert will automatically sync to your Shopify account, making it simple to manage discounts across both platforms.
From the left sidebar, click Coupons.
At the top-right of the page, click Create Coupon.
Fill in the following coupon details:
Basic Details:
Title - Enter a name for the coupon (e.g., Summer Sale 20%). This is for your reference.
Coupon Type - Select one of the following:
Fixed: A specific amount off the total order (e.g., $5 off).
Percentage: A percentage discount (e.g., 20% off).
Free Shipping: Offers free shipping to the customer.
Code - Enter the exact coupon code customers will use at checkout (e.g., POPCONVERT10).
Discount Value - Set the discount amount or percentage.
Advanced Settings
Click Advanced Settings to expand the section and adjust additional options:
Start Date / End Date - Set when the coupon should be active (optional).
Applies To - Choose whether the discount applies to:
All products (default)
Specific collections > Select collection
Specific products > Select product
Minimum Purchase: Enable this if the coupon should only apply when the order meets a minimum subtotal. Toggle to enable, then set your condition.
Once all details are complete, click Edit Coupon to save it.
Your coupon is now ready to use in popups, banners, emails, and other promotions to help boost sales.
Pop Convert will create this discount code in your Shopify store. You’ll be able to further edit it in Shopify if needed.
Once created in Pop Convert, your coupon will sync with Shopify. You can easily modify the code directly in Shopify by following these steps:
Log in to your Shopify Admin.
Go to Discounts in your Shopify dashboard.
Find the discount code (e.g., “POPCONVERT10”).
Click Edit to change details such as expiration date, usage limits, or conditions.
