Button Trigger
The Button Trigger feature lets visitors reopen your popup even after they’ve closed it. Instead of disappearing for good, your popup stays just a tap away through a small, sticky button on the side of the screen. This is great for keeping important messages—like discounts or sign-up forms—accessible without being intrusive.
There are two states for the Button Trigger:
Disabled
The popup behaves as usual and will reappear based on your After Closing settings (e.g. after a delay or on the next page load).
Enabled
Once the visitor closes the popup, a small button will appear on the left or right side of the screen. They can click this button anytime to reopen the popup.
You can fully personalize the trigger button to match your brand and style:
Text - Add a short call-to-action like “Need help?” or “Claim 10% off!”
Size - Pick a button size that’s easy to notice but not distracting.
Color - Use your brand colors or choose something that stands out nicely on your site.
Placement (Desktop & Mobile) - Decide whether the button shows on the left or right side of the screen for each device type.
Go to your popup's Display Settings.
Scroll to the Button Trigger section.
Toggle the switch to turn it on or off.
Customize the text, size, color, and position of your button.
Click Save to apply your changes.
