Button Trigger
The Button Trigger feature allows visitors to reopen your popup even after it has been closed. Instead of disappearing for good, your popup stays just a tap away via a small, sticky button on the side of the screen. It’s perfect for keeping important messages—like discounts or forms—accessible without being pushy.
Disabled:
The popup behaves normally and will reappear based on your After Closing settings (e.g. after X seconds or on the next page load).
Enabled:
Once the visitor closes the popup, a small button appears on the left or right side of the screen. Clicking this button will reopen the popup at any time.
You have the flexibility to tailor the appearance of your button:
Text
Set a message that invites users to reopen the popup. Example: “Need help?” or “Claim your 10%!”
Size
Choose a button size that looks great without being distracting.
Color
Match your brand colors or use a contrast color to make the button pop (without clashing with your site design).
Placement (Desktop and Mobile)
Choose where the button appears on both desktop and mobile screens—left or right side—for the best user experience.
Open your Popup Display Settings.
Scroll to the Button Trigger section.
Toggle the switch on or off.
Customize your button's text, size, color, and position.
Click Save to apply your changes.
