After a customer has filled out the popup, is there a way to prevent them from seeing the popup again?
Once your customer submits their email, there is no condition under which the popup should appear again for that user. However, if the customer clears their cookies or engages with your website in a way that makes it difficult to identify them, the popup may reappear. Nevertheless, as long as we can recognize that it is the same user who already submitted their email, the popup should not appear again.
